Tell me more!

Sipping wine beside the pool as the setting sun slowly sinks behind gently swaying trees, a gentle breeze delights your senses with the scent of the redwood trees

…it’s the end of an incredible day spent experiencing renowned California wines, indulging in a delectable gourmet dinner, and spending time visiting farm animals at a sanctuary.

You laugh with new friends, sharing your excitement about ALL the tasty plant-based cheeses you sampled.

You take a deep breath, exhale, and tell yourself how proud you are for having made this investment in your self-care.

Looking out the expansive canopy of redwood trees, you feel complete, blissful, and grateful for this experience.

You can hardly believe that, at last, you’re here, surrounded by the breathtaking and iconic California landscapes.

Welcome to California!

A Gourmet Wine & Food Experience in the heart of Wine Country, California

On this retreat, through immersive wine tastings, dinners, and winery visits with our very own local wine expert, you’ll deepen your knowledge and learn new skills while having fun with your new like-minded friends!

During your time in Sonoma Valley, through workshops and wine tastings, you will learn how to pair your favorite meal with the perfect wine, so you can go home with newfound confidence to throw a kick-ass dinner party that people will be talking about for days.

You'll drink California's finest wines and discover Sonoma Valley, the wine capital, through the eyes of a local vegan and wine expert, no tourist trap wineries or restaurants for you!

Why California?

In California, you're in for a treat no matter where you go!

Here, on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, you'll enjoy endless stretches of sunny beaches and foggy coastlines, swaying palm trees, towering redwoods, and the vast fields of wineries as far as the eye can see.

It is known for its top-notch wines (which you will be sampling), locally grown organic produce, and breathtaking scenery - get ready to take amazing selfies!

California is truly a magical place and you’ll have no problems slowing down, unwinding, and reconnecting with yourself as you are taking in the whole experience.

We’ll be spending 4 fabulous nights in Santa Rosa, the largest city in Sonoma Wine Country.

The Flamingo Resort is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon.

The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman.

Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.

The newly redesigned rooms are designed to effortlessly blend the resort’s mid-century architecture with a fresh modern design, creating a sanctuary for you to relax and enjoy yourself.

The rooms feature oversized windows and reference the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s eras with a color palette that plays off soothing blush colors and bright teals, teak wood millwork, brass and gold finishes.

The Ultimate Foodie Experience

You’re a foodie and have high expectations when it comes to food, and you’re not alone!

On this retreat, you will be wined and dined (literally!), expect nothing less than a 5-star experience with me.

You’ll be dining at a variety of local restaurants, and we will even have a couple of upscale picnics (with delicious wine of course).

The meals included in this retreat will all be 100% plant-based - this is an amazing opportunity to expand your palette and try foods you’ve never tried before.

I promise that plant-based foods are not boring, and yes you will be full after eating the meals!

Have food allergies or intolerances?

We will only be eating at establishments that are allergy-friendly!

I myself have deadly food allergies, and will not eat somewhere unless I feel totally confident in the chef’s abilities to take proper precautions.

I know how scary it can be traveling with food allergies, but you are in good hands with me!
