CHALLENGE OVERVIEW

I've created this 5-day challenge for WOMEN who want to get more clarity and be part of a community of like-minded women who also want to feel empowered by reaching and crushing their goals together. As a thank you for joining, you'll be receiving a beautiful printable goal-setting planner.

DAY

1

Connecting Your Goals With Your Big Picture

Every moment is a fresh beginning, and your new beginning starts NOW. Whether you’ve tried to set a goal in the past without success, or you’re brand new to all of this, I’m going to ask you to keep an open mind throughout the whole process.  Most importantly, I want you to believe in yourself.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The benefits of goal setting
  • How to set them - connecting your goal to your values and your “why”
  • Looking at your big picture - what motivates and inspires you?

Action: set your goal and identify your “WHY”.

2

Getting Real & Getting Clarity

Now that you’ve identified your goal and your “why”, it’s time to identify potential roadblocks that might prevent you from reaching your goals. This part isn’t easy because it requires looking deep within yourself and being totally honest. The truth is that we all have baggage, big or small. 

Even if you’re totally rocking at life (have a great job, loving partner by your side, great friendships), there is no shame in admitting/having some kind of baggage. Acknowledging it and taking action will help you get clarity so that you can reach your goals! 

What You’ll Learn:

  • Identify what’s potentially holding you back / keeping you stuck
  • It’s OK to have baggage - we all have some
  • How limiting beliefs can prevent us from moving forward

Action: identify your potential roadblocks (and get ready to release them).

3

Say Goodbye To Your Baggage

It’s time to release the baggage! Depending on how big the baggage is, you might not be able to release it in a day, and that’s ok. There is no need to rush through anything, do it at your own pace, this step is super important. 

Once you’ve released that baggage once and for all, you’ll feel an immense sense of relief, like a huge weight has been lifted off your shoulders and it’s a magical feeling. I can’t wait for you to experience this.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Letting go of your baggage
  • Starting with a clean slate
  • Manifesting your intentions

Action: Super powerful stuff - write a letter to yourself... and BURN it!

4

Taking It One Day At A Time

Today we’re going to shift gears slightly to talk about self-love and self-care. And let me preface by saying that it’s so much more than bubbles baths and teas. Self-care comes in many forms and taking the time to incorporate more of it in your daily routine ties in with self-love.

The fact that you’re taking this challenge is an amazing first step. You’ve set a goal (and maybe it’s incorporating more self-care into your life).  

What You’ll Learn:

  • Are you prioritizing self-care in your life?
  • It’s not about doing ALL the things ALL at once
  • How mindset, health & fitness, & relationships all tie in together

Action: choose 1 area in your life you want to focus on / needs loving

It's OK To Fall Down -As Long As You Get Back Up

Throughout your journey, you may very well encounter some bumps along the way. Sometimes those bumps will throw you really far off your path, and it’ll be hard to find your way back (which is all part of the process).

It’s about maintaining a positive mindset no matter what happens, seeing the glass half-full, and most importantly, being gentle on yourself - that means not blaming yourself. Having the right framework can mean having a 30-minute setback as opposed to a 3-week setback!

What You’ll Learn:

  • What to do when the going gets tough
  • How to find and build a support system
  • Surrounding yourself with like-minded people

Action: Do 1 thing that makes you step OUT of your comfort zone

I will be going LIVE in a private Facebook group, 10am PST / 1pm EST, Monday, January 24th to Friday, January 28th, 2022.

What if I'm not Facebook?

No problem, you can access the videos on my YouTube account- but it'll be more fun if you can take part in the live conversation.

What happens if I can't make it every day?

I highly recommend blocking off the time so you can get the most out of the challenge. But you'll be able to watch the replays in the Facebook group.
