5 Days of Wine, Food, & Relaxation.

DAY 1 - Welcome To California!

You have arrived in Sonoma Valley, and your journey is just beginning, get ready!


5 pm - Welcome Reception - when you arrive you will be personally greeted by me with a huge smile and a glass of champagne.

Followed by a scrumptious dinner at the resort where you will be toasting with a glass of wine to the fun adventure you are embarking on with your new friends.

7 pm Cocao Experience - Join Ceremonialist Antonio Aversano and your fellow guests for this empowering experience of self-reflection and positive affirmation while also learning about and enjoying a deliciously potent hot chocolate drink made with an indigenous variety of cacao from Central America.

1 glass of champagne & 1 glass of wine and dinner is included.

DAY 2 - VINEYARDS DAY

8:30 am - Optional Group Meditation This is a great way to set your intentions for the next few days and start your day with a clear mind.

If you prefer, you can wake up on your time and enjoy one of the many resort amenities such as the heated pool, or yoga class, or enjoy a spa service, it’s totally up to you!

This is your time to sit back and chill.

Grab breakfast on your own, or with a new friend and get ready to visit some of the most iconic California vineyards - think rolling hills, fields of grapes, and breathtaking views. 

Get ready to sip on some incredible wines. 

Today, you will be enjoying a mouth-watering picnic lunch at an elegant winery.

After the wine tasting adventures are over, we will make our way into Sonoma Plaza for a delicious dinner, and more wine if you're up for it!

Boxed lunch, and dinner included.

DAY 3 - FARM SANCTUARY & SONOMA PLAZA

9 am - Charlie Acres Farm Sanctuary Tour- If you're an early riser and you enjoy having a big breakfast, I recommend grabbing breakfast at the resort.

If not, don't worry, I'll have some light snacks for you,

Get ready - you are in for a very special experience today! You will be touring the farm and visiting with the animals on the farm (are you squealing in excitement yet??).

After the tour, you will learn how to put together a beautiful-looking plant-based charcuterie board that is sure to impress your loved ones!

Afterward, you will be eating a yummy picnic snack box with plant-based charcuterie and plant-based cheese while overlooking the picturesque sanctuary.

It’ll be hard to say goodbye to our new animal friends, but off we go to spend the afternoon walking around the Sonoma Plaza (and wine tasting of course!)

Sonoma Plaza has a huge selection of restaurants, wineries, shopping, galleries, and historical sites. 

Michelle is going to take us to one of the BEST veg-friendly wineries where we will be treated like royalty!

We will be having dinner at the plaza, before making our way back to the hotel.

When you get back, you can sit back and enjoy the rest of your evening by the pool, or in your room - whatever you feel like, this retreat is all about YOU.

DAY 4 -FREE MORNING &

ULTIMATE WINE & FOOD EXPERIENCE

9 am Optional Yoga class - or sleep in, it's your choice!

You will have the entire morning and early afternoon to enjoy the resort amenities.


Why not get a massage, facial, or mani-pedi - or heck - all of the above?? TREAT yourself!


You can even go out and explore on your own, or with some new friends you’ve made on the trip.


I will be giving you recommendations on where to eat and places to visit.


We will meet up after lunch and make our way to the Historic Glen Ellen area to explore around town.


You will then partake in an unforgettable wine & food tasting experience.

You will be presented with 7 different wines accompanied by 7 small plates.

The chef himself will personally be teaching us how to pair wine with plant-based foods, and he will explain why each wine pairs perfectly with the dishes.

This will be an experience that you will remember for years to come!

DAY 5 - LAST DAY

On your last, I recommend getting up early to do some morning meditation and/or take a yoga class (if that's your thing of course, and it's totally fine if it's not).

We will gather as a group to say our goodbyes.

Depending on when you're flight is leaving, you're welcome to join us for an optional breakfast - but no stress, I know some of you will need to leave early to catch a flight.

Don't want the fun to end?

I'm working on creating an optional VIP night -which will be limited to 5 people.

We will be staying at a different resort and we will go visit Armstrong Woods and have an unforgettable picnic by the ocean.
